We now post within the UK, to Europe, Russia, Canada and the USA.
We charge postage by value of package and only charge postage and packing at our cost price or close to it.
In the UK:
For small items up to a value of £20.00 postage starts at £3.10.
After that we have calculated prices according to the value of your parcel and we try to ensure that postage is only offered where the carrier is able to insure the item to the correct value.
To work out how much postage will cost, put the items in your basket and choose the postage service you wish to use. The postage calculator will work out how much it will cost based on the value of your parcel. At this point, you can change the postage service, add or remove items from your basket, or continue to payment.

If there is a problem with your address details we will contact you to advise you before processing your order.
When items are in stock we aim to despatch the order within 5-7 working days, usually sooner. If we do not have your items in stock we will contact you to notify you on the estimated date of delivery.
If you need an item by a specific date, please do let us know and we will do our best to ensure that you get it in good time.
Methods of Payment
We can accept the following payment methods through the Paypal Secure Server:
Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron, Delta and Paypal. Alternatively you can call us to place an order and then post a cheque made payable to C Newby. Please include your home address and cheque card number on the back. Cheques take up to 14 days to clear so cheque orders will take longer to process than credit card orders.
Please check all items immediately upon arrival. Some products vary slightly. If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, please call us on 01572 720388 or use the contact form on the Contact page. You can return unused items within 7 days for an exchange. Postage will be at the customer's cost. We cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items with the exception of faulty goods. Postage cannot be refunded and we will not give refunds until the goods have been received back. Returned items must be in their original packaging. For damaged or faulty goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your postage costs. When returning goods we recommend using registered post as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us. In the case of damaged goods, photographic proof will be required. If products are damaged during the course of delivery, proof of damaged packaging will be required. We cannot offer refunds on goods damaged in transit if photographic evidence of the packaging is not provided.
Items are photographed as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of the products, some variations occur. We check every single item before sending them to our customers to ensure that our products reach you in the best condition.
